Reviews:
"Ken Travis’ flawless sound design ensures that every nuance of the unaccompanied voices rings clear and true."
"Musical interludes... performed by the band—Riley Burke (fiddle), Zachary Hobbs (banjo), and Jim Keys (accordion)—framed the show beautifully, providing continuity and a nostalgic ambiance. These moments were enhanced by Dylan Scarlett Foster’s vocals.."
"The songs in Octet are presented a cappella style, and they are glorious to behold. There are solo numbers where each cast member has a chance to share their character’s deepest, darkest secrets, but there are also group songs that allow for wondrous harmonizing and cascading recitations."
